RealEmpact is an innovative platform which allows investors to openly collaborate, crowdfund real estate opportunities, and make a positive social impact on communities together. The platform combines elements which were previously scattered for investors, allowing for impact investing through real estate. The investor community is all inclusive, allowing for both accredited investors (per the SEC definition) and "average joes" (defined as households earning more than $70K annually) to finance opportunities together both in and out of their communities. Additionally, we envision an opportunity to crowdsource diligence / investment decisions from the crowd of accredited investors through an innovative and transparent interaction platform.
