WHO WE AREWe are a Corporate Housing company. What that means is that we rent properties from landlords just like yourself and we offer shorter term stays for working profesionals that fly into the area. They typically stay for about 1-2 weeks at a time, they do their work, and then they fly back home. We thrive to provide the most excellent service and have been able to built our client base by giving our guests the best stay and excellent customer service. In order to do that our properties have to be in prestige condition all year round. We take care of all minor maintenance jobs, and professionaly clean after each stay before our next guest come in. Rules are fundamental and we make sure to enforce them to avoid problems with neighbors and landlords. Not to mention any wear and tear up to $500 per month is covered with us and a $1,000,000 renters insurance policy. We pay our landlords for rent just like any other tentant. We typically handle 12-48 month contracts. We are the ones who handle all the transient rentals with out clients so you only have to deal with our company.
