What will you say when the younger generation asks you, "what did you do once you knew?"(re)Biz is a 31-day online workshop & emergent creation lab for leaders who are ready to build a regenerative, post-growth world. Designed by Ra James & Erin Remblance, this 4-week online leadership (re)program is help guide business leaders into (re)establishing right-(re)lationship with the living world, equip them with the tools to implement (re)generation and post-growth solutions into their organizations and lives & build a community of like-hearted humans focused on these things. This is a process of unlearning, exposing worldview, feeling into where we currently are, and exploring the liminal spaces of diverse, self-organizing systems that are both future-ready AND enable the future. It is a space of contemplation, break-down / break-through, curiosity, creativity, intersectionality and (re)conventional thinking. The entire workshop happens online. Guided by Ra & Erin, our groups will meet virtually 2x a week via video chat. At the end of the 4 weeks, students' minds will be (re)opened, ways of thinking non-linearly (re)activated and (re)connected to Earth in a such a way as to be better equipped to build the regenerative, post-growth world of beauty, purpose and kin-centric flourishing. Completing (re)Biz is like being given a seed bundle; various different questions, ways of viewing and thinking about the world with actionable steps and processes to plant and cultivate these ways into thriving ecosystems.
