REC provide all management, engineering and supervisory personnel for the well engineering and well construction business including drilling, completions, subsea, HSE and Supply Chain consultants. Formed in 2007, REC's Directors are Richard Clarke and Dave Mackay. Both are experienced Operator Drilling Managers who have in excess of 32 years exposure to the drilling and well construction business with experience gained around the globe including the North Sea, Europe, Far East, Middle East, Africa, the Gulf of Mexico, Australia, the Falkland Islands and the Caribbean.
