Greetings!A first of it's kind virtual job fair not only in India but in fact, in the world to have launched during this pandemic (in terms of adaptability, adhering to all government rules and regulations). It is simply not about processing GB's of data but the fact that it might touch a quarter of a TB (as we have 1000's of students from various courses applying), the entire Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is powered by a state of the art technology provided by Enable HR, whose founder is an esteemed alumnus of AMU and has agreed to collaborate with us by extending his services and expertise.The name has been derived from the combination of two words Jobify, which was our initial name and Recrufest, the name of our previous job fair.Giving birth to the word - Recru Fî.The Fî in the logo denotes the importance of connectivity during the pandemic between students and potential employers.In technical terms, it is similar to a router sending signals far and beyond, acting as a data hub and transfer warehouse for AMU students living across India and remote corners of the world.
