The "Recruital" model is based upon a fixed monthly fee that does not change with the number of hires a client makes in the year. Staff can come and go and the customer will not be penalised for replacing them. The fixed monthly fee is based on the size of the company based on the number of employees that the company currently has."Recruital" is a very simple proposal that will appeal to companies of all sizes. There will be no hidden charges, no additional fees and no replacement charges. The model will focus on customer service for the clients and recruiting the best talent to fit their needs.The most important aspect of any business (regardless of size) is cashflow. Whether you are the multinational or the small business you need to manage your cashflow to survive. Uncertainty is the enemy of cashflow. Companies cannot accurately budget with uncertainty. Recruitment in business is the definition of uncertainty. Recruitment is dependent on people who all have their own agendas and plans. These plans may not align with that of the company, a person can change job when they like and cause the company to have to replace them. Replacing people costs money and no one can predict when this will happen.To help companies solve these problems we need to create certainty, giving them recruitment that will not break any budget. This certainty must come at an affordable level for every size of business that is fair to all.Each client will be given an Account Manager to look after their daily recruitment needs. The account manager will meet (virtually or face to face) each client for an initial kick off meeting, to understand the culture of the business what each client requires.
