The Recruitment Analysis Council (RAC) is a focal body established underSection 8 of Companies Act 2014 to curb unemployment in India. RAC will bepurely focus on Human Resource & Development Studies in India. The RACwill act as consortium for the Government/Private Organizations andEducational Institutions to interact with the Society and enhances theRecruitment Policies according to the time and situation.The High-level Committee of Recruitment Analysis Council is planning toorganize a National Recruitment PIan—2016 (NRP 16) in association withState and Central Governments, at SRM University, Chennai between31' July and 01 August, 2015.The mission of the NRP is to connect the needies with the Industries &International Recruitment Advisory Bodies to have better understanding ofbest recruitment opportunities in order to produce the quality andemployable youth in India.The NRP 16 will have versatile speakers from various sectors fromCorporates, PSU's and Government who will deliver their Plan of Action oftheir recruitment procedures for upcoming years and discuss about thecommon agenda to produce skilled work force in India
