RecycleLife.org was created by brother's Dave and Juan who both have had Heart and Liver Transplants in 2009 and 2012 due to a common hereditary condition known as "Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy" (HCM). Our mission is to bring the Importance of Organ Donation Awareness to the community through local music and local artistry, as well as to educate local communities about the importance of Organ Donation and to increase the number of Organ Registration within the US . We also educate the communities with historical information about Organ Transplantation. All proceeds raised at each one of our events go to helping transplant patients in need. As organ recipients ourselves, we know firsthand how it feels to be in the hospital for long periods of time, the feeling of being overwhelmed, scared, and not knowing what lies ahead. The worrying if one can afford help needed for uninsured medicines, vitamins, and other day to day supplies once out of the hospital. All these points factor into our mission. We hope you join us in this very important cause and help us spread the word about Recycling your organs, and Recycling Life!Contributions benefit the following:*Providing accommodations for Donor families who need to be close to their loved ones during the difficult times of Transplant.* Providing care baskets Transplant Patients.(Care Baskets include a variety of supplies needed during process and recovery.*to increase organ donation awareness and registration within the US.
