Encouragement, information, referrals, services and support for people who are economically and socially disadvantaged is provided develop the capacity to sustain themselves by realizing their unique potential. Red Bear Connects Voice Mail is a service offered to assist people deal with the stress associated with poverty. It is a lifeline to jobs, housing, friends and family. It is also offered to emerging small businesses to assist them during start up at affordable rates.
