Responsible for setting up and building the entire server, workstation, telecommunications, wiring, software, budget, business analysis, database solution, players club strategy and other department computer technology needs including surveillance, two-way radios, magnetic door access and time card payroll feature for this new casino opened in April 2007. Set up the entire Information Technology good practices procedures for the casino. Created a strategy for direct mail, web marketing and email announcements and promotions. Currently in charge of all the analysis for finance, marketing, IT and other departments as well.
