Located in the Kooteny Rockies Region of beautiful British Columbia, Red Mountain Academy offers a full-spectrum package to both competitive athletes and students enrolled in the recreational program who want to experience all that the region has to offer. Red Mountain Academy offers a learner-centered, inquiry-based education approach, including the entire B.C. grade 8-12 high school graduation program in partnership with top level sport training in alpine ski racing, freeski, snowboard and nordic ski. Students who are not competitive athletes but who wish to take advantage of the Academy program can enroll in the recreational program, providing a wide variety of recreational activities each week. A homestay program is provided for visiting student / athletes.
