It all started with a love of the land — the rest is history.For more than 46 years, our family has grown wine grapes, acting as stewards of the soil on the hillside we call home. Since then our original vision has grown to include a specialty plant nursery, gift shop, olive grove, Oregon's only commercial olive oil mill, wine tasting room, overnight lodging, event spaces and expansive gardens.Our history here in the Willamette Valley—now spanning 5 generations—began with English Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Italian Prunes, and Cherries. In 1973 our family was among the first in Oregon to attempt growing wine grapes. We believe that great wine is not created in the cellar; it is nurtured and shaped by the land. Always vineyard designated and never blended, our wines reflect the true nature of each vintage, the unique terroir of the Dundee Hills and our family's meticulous farming methods.In keeping with our spirit as a trailblazer, we planted olives in 2004, establishing one of the first orchards in Oregon. With the first, and to date only, commercial olive mill in Oregon, we are able to handcraft signature olive oils with their own distinctive aromas and flavors. While honoring the old world tradition of olive oil production, we believe in the potential for creating unique, world class olive oils right here in Oregon.Our family has a deep and lasting connection to the land. We readily acknowledge that we are the caretakers of this small piece of land here in the Dundee Hills that we will ultimately pass down to future generations.
