Red Stixs was conceived with the customer's experience in mind, where you always know you will get the best of everything. The concept was created by two of the original founders of Philippe Chow Restaurant, Michael Reda and David Lee. Their former success lead them to a new venture with a refined vision of higher quality food service in an upscale ambiance. Our culinary team have numerous accolades from the Forbidden City of Beijing and aim to deliver the finest Chinese cuisine imaginable. Our chefs reawaken authentic Beijing style dishes with more complexity and balancing of flavors served in a delicate presentation to meet the modern palate. Upon entering the restaurant, guests will be greeted by a spacious and stunning bar perfect for people watching while waiting for their table. The main dining room features a runway down the middle of the restaurant allowing for a perfect view to see and be seen. Follow the runway to it's end where it lands inside a private dining room, designed for a more intimate affair. Our private dining room is wrapped with wine racks that crawl up the wall until your eyes are met by two oversized skylights that illuminate the room. For guests looking for an ultra-secluded dining experience, a VIP private dining room is available, located in a wine cellar downstairs from the kitchen, where high-profile clients can enter the restaurant anonymously or enjoy a more private affair with their group. Our menu offers elaborate dishes such as; Peking Duck, Jade Dumplings, Crispy Beef, Salt & Pepper Lobsters, Peking Chicken, Lobster Rolls, Spare Ribs, Specialty Fried Rice and our famous Chicken Satay. Our food, drinks and service creates an energy and atmosphere at Red Stixs which will ensure a fun, fine dining experience. Red Stixs offers lunch, dinner, take out, off-site catering and delivery.
