Mark applies over 35 years of training experience from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, finance, manufacturing, fire, law enforcement, education, and entertainment markets. In each of these deployments he made certain there was a focus on end user training & product adoption. He has developed award-winning online & instructor-led training solutions, managed systems development, implementation, release coordination & deployments with globally distributed teams. Having a traditional project management background, he adapted to the popular Agile methodology because his clients were moving towards Agile. He obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the ScrumMaster Alliance. Mark has been characterized as a creative problem solver who can execute tactically while thinking strategically. He is an expert in configuring, installing, and supporting corporate talent strategies including Learning, Performance, Succession, and with a demonstrated record of building strong customer relationships while motivating project teams to produce consistent, successful results. Mark's LMS experience isn't limited to the Saba product. His additional experience includes Cornerstone, Blackboard, Canvas, SumTotal, Docebo, Moodle and SAP Litmos. He possesses excellent relationship management skills combined with strong business acumen. Mark is a strong team leader, trainer and a natural motivator having the ability to drive team efforts to generate maximum productivity.
