Redmedia was founded in 2005 to integrate customer relationship management approach with promo and brand activations. After a year, it created an online source of college basketball stories under the domain name inboundpass.com. It invited sportswriters, bloggers and photographers who eventually have worked together with web designers and developers who have the same passion in sports.In 2007, the company quickly acquired the opportunities from corporate clients and agencies with their web and event requirements. It has designed and developed websites, online registration sites connected to events, including hosting and maintenance of those sites. Later on it developed mobile apps.Events and web have become the DNA of Redmedia. In fact, in the mid 2000s, it introduced the social media to some companies and said that social media will be the next trend in building brands and creating stories. The idea is to integrate the social media effort with events and activation.It has also built a network of operations auditing support and conducted a nationwide survey for a client with thousands of branches and outlets.Redmedia has evolved and established itself into doing Nationwide Dealership Monitoring and Audit, Brand Activation, Corporate Events and Internal Affairs, and Digital Media Support.
