REDscape is an international design office for landscape and urbanism that delivers solutions for spatial questions. It's mission is "adding value to landscape", through design excellence. With offices in the Amsterdam (NL) and Dublin (IRL), REDscape works with a permanent staff of four professionals and a floating team of experts. The company (2004) is led by landscape architects, Patrick Mc Cabe and David Habets. It organises collaborative teams to deliver unique solutions to each task. In pursuit of its mission REDscape has gained extensive experience in the delivery and realisation of public realm master plans, park design, cultural historical landscapes, water defences, low density urban plans, design supervision, infrastructure, and regional planning. It's multidisciplinary approach is described in the name of the office by integrating RED, the symbol of the built environment with – scape, the unbuilt environment to form an approach called REDscape. The approach is based around a process of discovery by analysis, design and delivery. REDscape is reputed for strong concepts and attractive designs, that allow flexibility for use and interpretation in an ever changing environment. It specialises in delivering leadership for complex projects with a high level of public interaction, collaborations and numerous interest groups. It's international client portfolio includes largely governments at national provincial and local level as well as building corporations and foundations.
