RedTag-19, a certified M/WBE in the State of Florida, is a healthcare organization owned and operated by medical professionals focusing on excellence in patient safety, care and service. RedTag-19, a COVID staffing and management company offers end to end solutions for COVID Vaccination and/or Testing. Founder and CEO, Lata Shintre MD, is a double boarded certified female physician. An accomplished minority, she has comprehensive experience directing successful operational strategies and providing outstanding patient care. Dr. Shintre was COO over the Florida field hospital built for COVID overflow patient management. She also served as Incident Command for the State of Florida overseeing travel mobile COVID testing of our most vulnerable population, nursing home residents. She traveled with the mobile team, testing residents and staff. Each mission required a creative vision and the ability to mobilize and implement quickly. This was the first of it's kind nationwide. Being chosen for these missions verifies Dr. Shintre's qualifications. Formerly, Dr. Shintre was the Owner, Founder, and Medical Director of a chain of urgent cares, GetMed urgent care. Vaccinating patients, understanding adverse events, emergency management of untoward side effects, SOP (Standard operating procedures) and documenting in State registry systems for immunizations was part of daily operations. GetMed was acquired by MD-Now (owner of 40+ urgent cares) in February 2020. As owner and CMO of GetMed our team (Between 2012- Feb 2020) performed over 100,000 intramuscular injections/immunizations, that were billed for and patient medical records completed. Dr. Shintre brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience that will enhance the operations of any medical operations.
