Bangalore inspired him in setting up a real estate firm by the name of M/s SAI ASSOCIATES in the year 1995 in Bangalore. After establishing itself in Bangalore for more than a decade, Sanjay Suryanarayana expanded his footprint into construction of High end Residential properties by the brand REDTREE ESTATES which was formed in the year 2010.Redtree Estates Pvt. Ltd., started by Mr. Sanjay Suryanarayana and Mrs. Kusuma Sanjay in the year 2010 to venture into construction of exclusive Luxury Apartments only on BDA sites. Our journey started with "Redtree Hari Nivas" built in Banashankari 3rd Stage with 3 Units on a BDA auction site. All were sold out even before we started the construction. We now have completed the construction of REDTREE CLASSIC and have started the work for the next project "REDTREE VISTA". We have started the groundwork of "REDTREE RAINDROPS" a 24 flat apartment, "REDTREE CENTRAL" all on BDA sites, premium locations and excellent proximity to all amenities.
