Redwood City Library Foundation Details
The Redwood City Library Foundation is a non-profit organization raising money to support our city's four libraries. The mission of the Foundation is to increase financial support for the library's services, collections and programs.Our current initiatives include: • Early Childhood Learning Centers in the Fair Oaks and Schaberg branch libraries • Early literacy programs for families with young children • Free books for families to build home libraries and encourage reading • Writing Cats and Dogs – a creative writing program for children that builds awareness about homeless animals • First San Mateo County STEM Festival and Maritime Day (April 16, 2016) • High school in the Library program
