The company which was formed in 1976 has recently been taken over by the third generation of owner, James Takle and his business partner Gary Hunt.The buy-out secures the future of the company on the retirement of the present owner, Adrian Jones. From complete project design and installation, consulting and project management for commercial, industrial and public sector projects to lighting design and installation including emergency lighting and fire alarm system installations. REF Electrics now offer design, installation, testing and certification of structured cabling and fibre optic installations that provide the infrastructure for today's IT systems, we have also introduced audio visual packages to be installed by our experienced engineers.Their workforce is JIB qualified and the company have a programme of continuous staff training and development to ensure that personnel remain aware of changing technical developments. Due to their level of expertise the company is qualified to carry out portable appliance testing. They also test and inspect a range of installations to ensure they comply with the current regulations.
