At REFASH, we believe that the clothes we wear have the power to create change. Thrifting is about more than finding amazing deals on your favourite brands. It’s about shopping with intention and standing for sustainability. Founded in 2016 with a mission to “inspire a new generation of consumers to think secondhand first”, REFASH aims to make sustainable fashion accessible to all, by providing a hassle-free, end-to-end thrifting experience. We close the loop on sustainable fashion by providing an omnichannel experience for consumers to buy and sell secondhand fashion. Thrifters can browse thousands of styles, from popular brands like Love Bonito, Zara, H&M, The Editor’s Market & more at up to 90% OFF retail prices, online or offline at our 20 offline stores across Singapore and Malaysia. Founder Aloysius was inspired to start REFASH by his wife’s wardrobe situation; he noticed that only 30% of her wardrobe was being worn on a regular basis, with many items being discarded to make room for the more despite being in excellent condition. Hoping to combat disposable fashion culture, he set out to deliver a frictionless secondhand decluttering and thrifting experience for both sellers and buyers, and thus REFASH was born. Till date, REFASH has saved over 4,000,000+ pieces of clothing from the landfills, and aims to amplify our impact by encouraging our consumers to live more sustainably through green collaborations with TWOOAK, Geneco and more. Our acquisition by Carousell Group in 2022 has empowered us further to deliver our mission across Asia, and inspire more to think secondhand first and #RewearReloveRefash.
