More about our founder: Over 12 years of experience in digital advertising with a heavy focus on data, technology and consulting. Her experience is split between working at an agency (Starcom) and technology companies. Part of her time at Starcom was leading the technical operations team who led the evaluation and implementation of technology (data management platforms, ad-servers, tag management systems, verification and more). She also spent numerous years on the technology side at both an ad-server (PointRoll - purchased by Sizmek) and DSP/DMP/Analytics company (Turn - purchased by Amobee). At Turn, she lead a team of global sales engineers who were the consultative overlay for the entire sales organization and provided technology know-how for clients. All of this has led to starting Refine and providing sales engineering resources and consulting to help companies stand apart in this constantly evolving marketplace.
