Who We Are: A full service virtual assistance and project management company. We work to achieve personal relationships built on communication and trust and be it personally or professionally, our goal is to optimize your time. What We Do: So long as it isn't illegal, we can accomplish it for you! To expand on that, we work through innovative technologies to handle tasks you don't have time for or wouldn't otherwise be able to get to. Current clients have us handle their travel schedules, inbox management, event planning, date nights, child activities, and organization to name a few. How We Bill:The beauty of a Virtual Assistant is that you are paying for productivity. When your tasks are being worked on, a timer is started and when they are finished or aren't being worked on, the timer is stopped. With the timer system, you are paying down to the second that work is being done for you. Billing occurs monthly and we are happy to provide updates as to how many hours are being used per week or to work within confines of how many hours you'd like to have per month. Who Our Clients Are: Our clients include entrepreneurs in the health space with multiple practices and mentoring/coaching programs, as well as entrepreneurs in the pet-space, venture capitalists, wealth management advisors, real estate agents and property management companies, as well as marketing agencies and other creatives.
