Our Semi-private classes are programmed around the GRAVITY training systems while incorporating computerized Keiser M3 spin bikes, TRX training, Kettlebells, and other functional fitness tools. We have a private consultation room for nutritional coaching, body composition assessments, and goal setting. You will find the environment at Reform Fitness to be nothing like a typical gym; from our state of the art sound system, chic décor, ideal lighting, and freshly rolled towels.We are dedicated to help and encourage our clients to feel their best and live a more health conscious lifestyle.
