Refugee Community Partnership supports forcibly displaced families through the long and complex process of rebuilding home. Through relationship-based support, community bridging, and opportunity development, RCP galvanizes the community resources needed for families to address immediate needs, establish and work toward long term goals, and develop powerful networks of social support. We center all of our work around the priorities, leadership, and wisdom of refugee communities. Our efforts are grounded in an analysis of social change, and informed by the unique and diverse cultural landscapes of refugee populations.
