Our mission is simple: provide customers with the refunds they deserve while keeping charity, affordability, and satisfaction in mind. Every year shippers forfeit an estimated $2 billion of possible refunds on late-arriving parcel shipments. Some shippers don't realize that FedEx and UPS guarantee a full refund for any late shipments, even if the shipment is as little as 60 seconds late. Other shippers don't have the resources to track down these refunds. FedEx and UPS require customers to specifically file for the refund AND do so within 15 days. At RefundGenius, we get our customers the refunds they deserve. Our advanced parcel tracking engine determines which shipments are late and we file for the associated refunds. Our technology allows us to charge one of the lowest service fees in the industry--just 30% of the refunded amount.
