After a combined 25 years of lending experience, Ed Stojancevich and Steve Stasny joined forces to create Region Mortgage. With our knowledge of the industry and the experiences that we've had, this was the next step. We formed this company so we can help enrich the communities that have done so much for us. We both grew up in the Region, we work in the Region and we are for the Region. We created Region Mortgage to establish a culture that is not only friendly to employees but to our clients and business partners as well. We strive to create an environment where our employees work with us, not for us. An environment where they are part of the team and we work together to achieve goals. We created an environment where our clients are more to us than just a number, but a long-lasting relationship. We strive on supporting local businesses that boost our local economy. From the local restaurants, to the coffee shops all the way to Carl the local carpenter that built our desks. The Region means a lot to us.
