Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development is a Non-Governmental Organization registered under Society Registration Act (XXI of 1860). RCED came into existence during 1995 and is committed to promote skill and entrepreneurship development, in the States of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Delhi and Union Territory of Chandigarh. RCED has expertise in conducting vocational and entrepreneurship development training programs and thereby help the beneficiaries tap suitable self/waged employment opportunities.
