RID is addressing development needs at the local level, coordinates inter-municipal activities with relevant bodies at the central level, and represents development tools for strengthening the overall citizens' prosperity.The partnership established by RID Team, linkages created between central and local level and the direct action in support of vulnerable groups in Kosova, including communication flow, is aiming to lead to both formal employment and self-employment opportunities for the target groups and to encourage them to integrate in their current places of residence.Monitoring of the socio-economic component and activities to stimulate job creation, entrepreneurship and new business initiatives support is an ongoing activity conducted on regular basis with reports generated for each community development project, highlighting challenges, issues and areas for attention.The RID Team has a structured active network in all regions throughout Kosova. By having participated in different community/municipal partnership models in 18 municipalities Kosova wide, RID Team has an extensive expertise in creation and implementation of the specified development strategy mainly through conducting the assessment researches, establishing of the appropriate communication lines between the local and central level, and through building trust and confidence amongst each other.
