Rehab Works has 300+ Online Classes for Rehabilitation & Fitness.We provide Corporate Memberships for companies to access Rehab Works workouts to improve chronic pain, physical function, work productivity and employee wellbeing.My specialities as a physiotherapist are Musculoskeletal Injuries, Women's Health & Cancer Rehabilitation. Corporate Memberships include: - Access to 300+ workouts. - 8 new classes added a week- Welcome Pilates Tutorial- Clinical Pilates Classes: a variety of themes to all these classes focusing on something different each session and occasionally using promps like hand weights or a chair (all abilities) 30-55min.- Physical Therapy Classes: back pain, neck pain, office workers routine, shoulder pathologies, sacroiliac joint dysfunction class and more (beginners & all abilities) 20-35min.- Interval Training Classes: HIIT, Power Pilates (Intermediate) & Low Impact Cardio ( all abilities ) 30min.- Stretching: Stretch & Release (all abilities) 30minRehab Works also runs as a Private Online Company for individual to access weekly Live & On Demand Classes for 100s of private clients with injuries & pathologies.
