Reiki Pulse was founded by Alice Risemberg, a grounded and compassionate Usui Reiki Ryoho (Spiritual Energy Healing Method of Mikao Usui) practitioner and teacher. Alice practices and teaches primarily in Brooklyn and Manhattan in New York City, devoted to supporting others through Reiki as she has been helped in so many ways since her first transformative healing experiences in the 1990s. Her current teacher is the globally respected and sought after Frans Stiene, co-founder of the International House of Reiki, and her teaching is based on IHReiki's classical approach. Alice is a Registered Practitioner and Teacher of the Shibumi International Reiki Association, which reflects a strong commitment in her own practice, healing sessions, and classes to the traditional Japanese roots of the system in founder Mikao Usui's time and a focus on spiritual and personal development.
