Company Description: Reil homes is a custom Real Estate company that deals primarily in the Milton area focusing on land procurement & development as well as the purchase and renovation of compromised single family residential homes. Mission Statement: Our goal is to utilize our understanding of the market, our real estate savvy, and innovative ideas to build luxury residential estates in highly sought after locations. Company Goals and Objectives: Our short term goal for Reil Homes is to establish a strong presence in the Milton community for our quality estates and innovative land use and development. A company that is known for being "Reil" with its customers and catering to their needs every step of the way in order to be able to tailor each house to the desires of its customer as opposed to general building and selling. A Reil Homes customer will have an experience unlike any other in which she is informed and given a variety of options each step of the way with the build (if its not a spec home) in order to instill a sense of "building spirit" and genuine ownership in the house that he/she is investing so much into. As has probably become apparent this business deals in both the construction and real estate businesses, both of which are growing now with expectations to only continually grow. Not only are these areas of business growing at an increasing rate but the areas where we plan to establish our business are very sought after for a multitude of reasons such as. Schools, Golf, Proximity to City, Community, Parks, Quality of life, Equestrian living, Secutity, and so forth.
