RELEVANT is the mobile customer experience management (mCXM) platform that helps businesses retain and acquire new customers by providing an unparalleled mobile experience. We are developers of next-generation mobile presence elements – dynamic bi-directional digital cards – that are distributed via email, text messaging, or even short-range peer-to-peer connections. The problem we are solving for our clients is simple: They want to be closer to their customers through mobile presence in the smartphone. RELEVANT is empowering such presence without the expensive upfront cost of developing a traditional App; and the additional hurdle of having such App timely downloaded by the end user. We are replacing traditional Apps with digital cards that have even more powerful capabilities, leveraging the whole smartphone ecosystem.Our first enterprise product is ATTENDANT SP, which is targeting the automobile service industry vertical.
