Mike specializes in jumbo loans and out of the box loans, many times using his many sources to close difficult loans that, without his expertise, would not have closed. He has made every type of loan imaginable, ranging from $35,000 to $11,500,000.Mike received the Century 21 Top Listing Sales Person in a three-state region from 1971-1981 and was named the 1995 Prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year by INC. Magazine. He was listed in the Who's Who American Businessmen of 2000, and was recently approved to teach Texas Real Estate Commission continuing education classes for realtors.For 16 years, Mike hosted the "Reliance Mortgage Real Estate Hour" broadcast show weekly on CBS Radio.
