He is an experienced top-ranking international sales professional who has successfully signed national and international contracts to develop distribution chains while managing the entire scope of sales cycle for profitable growth in the Fiberglass tank industry. He has also led and coached diverse technical sales teams in business retention and strategic business development. Randy has an MBA with concentration in Marketing, is a (CET)Certified Engineering Technologist, a Certified HR Professional, and Certified Sales Professional.
