In 1991, present owner and Broker of Record, Angelo Muraco, purchased RE/MAX Cataract City Realty Ltd. Four years later, an additional branch was established in Fort Erie which led to incorporation of the companies and the birth of RE/MAX Niagara Realty Ltd., Brokerage. In 2013, the brokerage expanded once again when it opened an innovative, state-of-the-art office in St. Catharines. Initially represented by only 18 registrants, RE/MAX Niagara Realty Ltd., Brokerage has grown into a flourishing corporation with over 60 seasoned registrants. The brokerage's rapid achievements are a product of the collective determination of its staff. In 2006, a strong management team was formed to improve and enhance service to clients by providing assistance in the management of daily operations, and the training and educating of registrants. Our registrants provide first-rate service to their clients and their success shows! According to the 2013 MLS® Statistics, which accounts for listings sold and Market Share by Units as reported by Niagara Association of REALTORS®, our Niagara Falls office earned 38% of the Market Share, while Fort Erie achieved 12%. The collaborative efforts of our registrants, management team, and support staff have not gone unnoticed. RE/MAX Niagara Realty Ltd., Brokerage has been the proud recipient of The Niagara Falls Review's Reader's Choice Award for 16 consecutive years. While these awards are great compliments, RE/MAX Niagara's greatest reward is partaking in charity work. We are a proud sponsor of the Children's Miracle Network and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. RE/MAX Niagara also supports the community by making regular donations to Project Share, United Way, and the Greater Niagara General Hospital.
