Many of her loyal and long-term clients live in or move to Rosedale Village, an Adult Lifestyle gated community in North Brampton, offering a quiet and secure lifestyle with plenty of amenities. In addition to her SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialists) designation, Bev has her CSP® Designation and is a Canadian Certified Staging Professional. This allows her to offer a wide range of services to seniors who are downsizing or moving. Her get-it-done spirit and empathy makes her an excellent resource for those who are making big changes, simply considering a move, or simply in need of advice. Bev is an educator at heart. Her background includes 13 years at Sheridan College, working as a Manager, Training Consultant, and Instructor. In 2012 she was awarded the National Association of Realtors SRES® Outstanding Service Award for providing extraordinary service in her community. She volunteered for 11 years as the Treasurer of Inside the Dream, a local charity devoted to providing prom clothing for students in need.
