RO Operations- RO will facilitate 9 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week depending on the operational needs of practice.- All working hours dedicated by Remote Owl team will be conducted during the operational hours of the practices.- RO will provide any and all KPI reports upon request or on a bi-weekly basis according to the client's preference.- Remote Owls will adhere to the expected service level set by the medical practice and handles managing the attendance, quality assurance of the agents dedicated to service.2. Patient Demographics Management- Filling out Patient In-Take Forms- Updating Patient insurance/personal information on required systems/CRMs/Platforms.3.
