Renaissance, L.L.C. was founded by Suzanne Perilloux Leckert in late 2017 to provide insightful analysis and assistance to developers, operators, and government entities. Renaissance's principals have nearly two decades of experience in the fields of urban planning and market analysis, both in the private and public sectors.
