Renewable Heat Services (RHS) is a leading and innovative company specialising in the design, procurement and installation of renewable heat systems (Air Source Heat Pumps and Biomass). Our award-winning Founder and Director, Martin Palmer (Renewable Engineer of the Year 2010), pioneered the use of systems for cost-effective retrofitting of renewable heat technology into existing buildings. Our origins lie in the energy industry and our Directors have unparalleled experience in this field having led some of the largest names in the UK energy industry (Royal Dutch/Shell, British Gas, National Grid, BG Group, Lattice, GTC). They have also considerable knowledge of policy and energy strategy having worked extensively at policy level (Ofgem, Prime Minister's Policy Unit, Association of Gas Transporters, International Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers, British Energy Association, House of Lords). This technical capacity combined with our strategic understanding of the world and UK energy markets gives us unique insight into the challenges facing the UK energy consumer.
