On RenRen.dk Homeowners, who rents out extra space through sites like Airbnb, Housetrip etc. can search and find qualified Helpers to prepare and clean the property before and after a booking. After each job done, the Homeowner gets to rate the Helpers on their performance. This way it is easier to "shop around" between the different Helpers connected to RenRen.dk's platform and find the Helper best suited for each job, based on geography, ratings, reviews, price, verification etc. Because each Homeowner creates a profile when first using the site, it is easier for the Homeowner to switch between the Helpers, if they don't feel 100% satisfied. The Homeowner do not have to explain how the property have to be cleaned and prepared each time, it is already written into their profile. When hiring a Helper, this information will be released to the Helper, who on the other hand, will have easy access to do a good job based on the Homeowners initiate description of the property.
