Initiated by a group of philanthropists in an informal way, Renu Foundation got itself registered in the year 2009. Even before that the initiators, were actively engaged in charitable activities like distributing food and clothes to the poor and street dwellers, providing medical assistance to the poor patients through hospital visits and all, as well as in arranging financial support to the poor and the marginalized in the cases of emergencies.Guided by their noble vision, Renu Foundation is all set to become a pioneer in the social and charitable work sector of all over India, by undertaking a variety of developmental works, charitable activities and by initiating social movements among the public leading to mass awareness and action on social issues.Renu Foundation is a charitable society registered with the Registrar of Societies, National Capital Territory of Delhi, under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, vide Registration No. S/65923/2009, Dated – 9th June 2009RENU Foundation believes that ensuring socio-economic independence for the poor, marginalized and vulnerable sections of the society is the most significant step towards poverty alleviation and human development.RENU FOUNDATION is a non-government organization registered under societies act XXI of 1860.
