Repeats4u makes it easy for patients to order their repeat medication online, 24 hours a dayRepeats4u is an online service allowing patients to order their repeat medication 24 hours a day through a pharmacy of their choice, safely and securely. On submission of an order, the pharmacist approves the items in the order and sends all relevant paperwork through to the surgery (if required) for the doctor to sign off. Once signed off, the pharmacist prepares the medicine which is delivered to the patient (if applicable/required) or made available to be collected. Either way the patient is kept up to date with the progress of the order via email.Patients are reminded when subsequent orders are due via configurable reminder emails, and because the system remembers previously ordered medication, these subsequent orders are very quick and easy to place.Repeats4u will help pharmacists to retain business by making life easier for their patients, and will reduce the amount of time staff spend dealing with requests over the counter and on the telephone.
