Our turnkey repipe process includes residential replumbs, apartment replumbs, multi family replumbs, hydronic heating replumbs and HOA reblumb services. RSI is the original pipe replacement full service contractor for the Polybutylene Class Action Settlement (www.pbpipe.com) which closed in 2009. We developed and perfected the 'containment process' copied by most replumb contractors today: Work areas are masked and protected, furniture is covered and drywall penetrations are not cut with a power saw, rather by hand. All penetrations in drywall and tile are professionally repaired and painted to match. Water is restored each of the first few evenings, our techs are punctual, professional and licensed. We do not use subcontractors. We own and use vaccums. Replumbs and repipes are all we do, we do not engage in new construction or plumbing installations for big box stores.
