Strength Coaches use our hardware and software to enable what we call Motion Based Training, the culmination of decades of Strength and Conditioning research into what builds the strongest athletes and wins the most games. It's Velocity Based Training, Autoregulation, and Readiness Assessments, some of the most validated training methods in sport, all rolled into one.RepOne is a fleet of smart devices and tablets installed on each training station, connected to our coaching portal and athlete kiosk app. The RepOne device utilizes our proprietary 3D sensing to track dozens of metrics like bar path, readiness, power production, mean propulsive velocity, skill adaptation, risk of injury, and much more, all in real time. Strength Coaches integrate their roster and workout routines with our Coaching Portal and the Athlete Kiosk app automates things like rest time, training load, workout partners, and training volume for all workout stations simultaneously.
