Employtech is a project based internship incubation center, which focuses on hands on workforce training for Kenyan youth. We are Kenya's first small business growth specialist that offers analytical and hands-on student development skills with support services to the Kenyan business community. Our model is designed to bridge both the gap between education and actual needs within the business community. It empowers university students to apply analytical thinking skills to solve contemporary business challenges as case study 'internships'. The program is designed to complement their university education, while assisting them in sharpening their business acumen and creating pathways to greater job and entrepreneurship opportunities. Through this, we create a sustainable and connected network of self-motivated students with a meaningful impact on education, formal and informal job market. We assist companies to solve their current problems by providing them with a leader-led team of project based interns.
