Republicans Overseas is the sole organization of the Republican Party for United States Citizens living permanently or temporarily abroad. The organization works with politicians, think tanks and the Republican National Committee giving a voice to the 8.7 million overseas Americans concerns regarding FATCA, FAST Passport Act, Trade and National Security. Republicans Overseas currently has members in more than 50 countries. There are chapters in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Chapter of Republicans Abroad serves this community through: * Voter assistance * Representation Republican Values in the UAE through letter writing campaigns and speaking engagements * Dissemination of information concerning the Republican Party and its candidates * Forums to meet other Republicans in the UAE, in both informal and formal settings. to discuss topics of importance to the Republican community. * Republicans Overseas UAE access to the RNC, Republican candidates that are running for office and those currently in office as well as other dignitaries as they visit the UAE, allows us to present issues that concern the American community in the UAE. Because election margins are often extremely narrow absentee votes are critical to the election of many Republican candidates.
