Resilience Collective is focused on supporting the recovery process of over 300,000 persons in Singapore with the lived experience of a mental health condition through our co-produced Resilience Education recovery workshops and peer support programmes. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower the recovering peer, helping them find their self-identity, and turning their lived experience into a valuable resource of knowledge. Through their peer voices, we hope to drive anti-stigma and motivate help seeking behaviour among persons, diagnosed or not-diagnosed who are in need of mental health support. Join us!
