Resilient Living delivers mindfulness and resilience training for organisations, schools and individuals. Tailor made courses to provide skills to develop emotional resilience, improve stress management and increase positive well being. Within a corporate setting, mindfulness training is about supporting each employee to increase their mental and emotional capacity in order to succeed professionally and be their best selves.In state and independent primary and secondary schools, I deliver mindfulness training to teachers, pupils and parents to improve focus and learning, manage the strains of a busy school day and increase well-being. I also teach mindfulness courses to groups of the general public and one to one to both young people and adults in Buckinghamshire.
