Artist Sarah Hockett grew up in Iowa but has called the Emerald Coast home since 2007. Art has always been an important part of Sarah's life. When looking for an escape, she has always turned to creative pursuits. When she started working with resin, she found her medium of choice and a true calling to her soul. She was instantly hooked. Enamored with the endless possibilities of what she could create with this versatile material. From 3D beachscapes to translucent works on acrylic/plexi, to totally abstract works that celebrate the unity of color and the art of expression, Sarah has created many one-of a kind works and has an infinite amount of ideas for pieces to come.
